Our comprehensive range of titanium implants

Our Comprehensive Cranio-Maxillofacial (CMF) implant series is meticulously designed for the precise restoration and reconstruction of facial bones, specifically the mandible, maxilla, and cranium. Crafted from the highest quality implantable grade titanium, our implants are composed of the TiAl6V4 alloy, adhering to ISO5832­2/3 standards. Rigorous testing ensures compliance with international benchmarks, providing confidence to both our surgeons and patients.

Available in a range of variants—1.5mm, 2mm, 2.4mm, and 2.4mm recon—our CMF implants feature color-coded plates and screws for easy size identification, facilitating swift navigation for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (OMFS) during procedures. The corresponding screws come in self-drilling, non-self-drilling, and reconstruction plate options.

Every individual plate undergoes meticulous CNC machining, ensuring a superior and striation-free surface that minimizes the risk of microbial load and infections. Our globally competitive production process prioritizes precision and quality.

Complementing our CMF range, we provide a comprehensive instrumentation system that includes screwdrivers tailored for each screw size, drills, plate cutters, and plate benders. This integrated instrumentation streamlines the surgical process, promoting a hassle-free experience for both surgeons and patients.
